Well, there’s “kashnitsa” [you make] from the dough [that] you mix up.

That’s – that’s also with pastry sheets.

What about “trahana” (pastry of dried yeast mixed with milk)?

“Trahana” with three sheets of pastry. We knead it with yeast, and milk.
