We make “sarma” (stuffed [cabbage or grape] leaves)

44 (b) sərmà ut s’aə listà ut pò mnògut’e ut əsmòite listà pràime s’à
Sarma with these leaves – mostly we make it from grape leaves now.

45 (VZh) əhà
Aha.

46 (b) ut əsmòvit’e agà sə ne pàrskəni pò s mlàdič’ki əgà sə
From the grape leaves that haven’t been sprayed [yet], the newer ones

47 (b) əgà si nəberèš mlàdi də gi nənìžiš tugàvəkənə sə
And when you pick them “young”, you string them like this

48 (b) šə kləd’èš tuvà ə m’èsunu m’èsu žùpki šə kləd’èš
and then you put meat here, you put chunks of meat,
