You put it aside, and then knead it [in] the next time [you make bread].

47 (b) ustàviš si takà idnò tòpčinci
You leave it like this in a little ball.

49 (VZh) a f kakvò go pràviš tovà tòpčence kədè gu slàgəš
And what do you make this little ball in? Where do you put it?

50 (b) əmi stàviš gu f inɤ̀ pənìčka
You leave it in a little dish.

51 (a) jednà turbìčka ušìem si turbìčka mənìnka
A little bag. We sew ourselves a tiny little bag

[that’s] just the size for one bread, for one batch.

we called it the “yeasted piece” [and kept it in a container] of clay about this size.

Made out of clay, round – like this.
