[For] bulghur, we take and scald it, we take the wheat and wash it –

[in one of] these things [that] hang there at the well –

we wash it so there are no husks left. We wash it and then we put it

33 (b) f kəzàn’ə svərìme gu če gu mel’ème nə rəšnìcətə

into a kettle and boil it. Then we grind it with a hand stone mill.

34 (b) əmə tò c’àlo e jòk [laughter]

But not all at once! [laughter]

36 (b) jòg gu c’ɛ̀lu vərìme jòg gu təkòvət c’ɛ̀lu postàjeno

We don’t cook it all at once. We cook it, but not putting [it in the pot] all at once.

So we grind it the size of rice grains, we make it smaller. Things like that.
