If someone doesn’t like the U.D.F., there’s no way they should be plowing private land.

96 (a) wòt' ur'èš nə čàsnu n'àmə də ur'èš nə čàsnu
since you’re plowing private land. You shouldn’t be plowing private land.

85 (a) əm seà se zəvɤ̀rnə zem'ɔ̀sə əm seà ustərɛ̀hme nəkvi ràbuti
And now the land's been returned. But now we've grown old. And there it is.

90 (a) sɛ̀nu sɛ̀nu ìməme sà sɛ̀nu zəvɔ̀rnəhə si mi livàdite ìməme
Hay, hay. We've got hay now. They returned the meadows to me, we have [that].

91 (a) pə grədìnite mi nàmi flɛ̀ze regulàcijə tè gu zemàhə sìč'ku
[But] our gardens – this regulation came [into force] and they took it all,

Well, [there's] this regulation. The state's not returning [our land] the way it is now.

96 (a) č'ɛ̀kəme nìštu ne stàvə kək jɛ̀ ti kàzvəm uzlubèni sme mnògu
We're waiting, but nothing is happening. As I said, we're very embittered.

97 (a) grədìni nèməme livàdi mlògu ìmə əmə grədìni nèməme
We don't have [our] gardens. There's a lot of meadow but we don't have gardens.

98 (a) ti kàzvəm i nəgrədìhə kɔ̀š'ti e təkvì təgà besràmnici
[Like] I told you, they then [went and] built houses and stuff. Shameless ones!

99 (a) də gi e nè sràm kədènu sə ugradìli bàre
They should be ashamed of themselves for building what they did. At the least

100 (a) kədènu e ustànəlu də si mi gu dədɔ̀t əmə i nègə
they could have given the remainder to me, but even that

101 (a) nè dàvət tè si gu s'ɔ̀t zgà dərž'ɛ̀vətə mi go e dàlə
they won't give me. They plant it now [and say] “The state gave it to me” !

66 (a) əzgà si dàduhə zəm’ɔ̀sə če kugà gl’ɔ̀də ajtùə mlədèš
Now they’ve returned the land [to its original owners], but when I look at these youth,

67 (a) kəkvòtu vàs nᶤìkuj ne utìde də ràbuti sin i gurà stànə
like you, nobody is going to work, son! All has turned to forest!

68 (a) p’èd gudᶤìni stànə nəlì znàete vɔ̀rnə sə zəm’ɔ̀sə dàduhə jə
It’s been five years since the land was returned, you know? They gave it back!

70 (a) tugà nìkuj nə hòdi də ràbutɨ nèməš kò̝n’ nèmə s kəkvò
And nobody goes out to work [it]. You don’t have a horse, there’s nothing [to work with]

Now Noche, weren’t they about to do something about the land once again?

Well, whatever there is. Do you have any sort of documentation?

Do you have any documents?

15 (a) əm tò žə zbərèm že sə zbìrət òtə nəlì tè hi
Well, we’ll get [them]. They’ll be collected. Because haven’t they –

36 (a) žə minòvə zgà nɛ̀kva kumìsijə pàk pu zem’ɔ̀sə
Some committee is going to come now, again about the land.

37 (a) tà be dàg’ena zə p’èg gudìnɨ ne smè dàvali hìč pərì
It was given [to us] for five years, and we haven’t paid any money
